# Blog

The Blog allows you to create and publish content that appears in your app as **News**, helping you keep customers informed and engaged. 

#### Creating a Blog Post

1. **Create a Post**\
   Open the Blog section under Campaign > Customer Engagement and click 'Create post'
2. **Add a Feature Image**\
   Upload a feature image. This image will be displayed:
   * On the main blog page
   * At the top of the article
3. **Add Post Details**\
   Enter:
   * A title
   * The post content
   * Translations, if your app supports more than one language
4. **Publish or Save as Draft**
   * **Save as draft** to publish the post later
   * **Publish** to make the post live immediately

Once published, the post will appear in its own dedicated section in the app called **News**.

#### Editing Posts

Blog posts can be edited at any time, even after they’ve been published. The time of update will be displayed in the article in the mobile app.
