In this first step, you’ll define how your customers will earn points and set up the validity period for those points.

  1. Choose Your Earning Method

  • Points per Check-in: Customers earn a fixed amount of points for every check-in. Ideal for businesses with fixed or similar product prices.

  • Points for Spending: Customers earn points based on how much they spend (e.g., 1 point per €1). Perfect for businesses with varied product pricing.

2. Set the Points Validity Period

  • Decide how long the points should be valid (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, or no expiry).

  • This ensures your loyalty program aligns with your business goals and keeps your customers engaged.
