# Partner Rewards

Partner Rewards is a feature that allows your members to redeem their loyalty points for rewards from external brands — curated and managed entirely by Authic. These rewards appear directly inside your app, alongside your own rewards.

### Why Partner Rewards?

Every reward you offer as a business costs you margin. Partner Rewards solves this: Authic negotiates deals with external brands so your members always have something exciting to redeem - without it costing you anything.

**Key benefits:**

* **Zero margin cost** — Members spend their points on brand rewards, not yours.
* **Higher engagement** — A broader rewards catalogue gives members more reasons to stay active in your programme.
* **Big brand appeal** — Well-known brands add real perceived value to your loyalty programme.
* **No extra work** — Authic manages all partnerships. You just enable the feature.
* **More point redemptions** — Members who redeem points are more invested in your programme long-term.
* **Timely promotions** — Optionally, Authic can send push notifications around key moments (e.g. Mother's Day, Father's Day) to drive redemptions.

### How to Enable

Partner Rewards can be enabled in two ways:

1. **Self-service** - Enable Partner Rewards directly in your dashboard and manage notifications yourself.
2. **Managed by Authic** - Let Authic enable the feature and send relevant push notifications on your behalf at key moments.
