# Rewards

Set up attractive rewards that motivate your customers to earn and redeem points!

**Set Your Reinvestment Percentage**

* Decide how much you’d like to reinvest in your customers.
* Example: If you set this to 5% and a reward’s selling price is €100, customers will need to spend €2000 to claim it.

**Create Your Rewards**

* **Name:** Give your reward a clear, catchy name (max 32 characters).
* **Description:** Write a short description (max 200 characters) that showcases what makes the reward special.
* **Points required:** Automatically calculated based on the reward's selling price and your reinvestment percentage, no manual math needed.
* **Quantity:** Set a limit on how many times the reward can be claimed, or make it unlimited.
* **Claim frequency:** Choose whether customers can claim the reward once or multiple times.
* **Availability:** Select which locations the reward is available at, ideal for offering location-specific perks.

* **Rewards:** We recommend starting with around 7–12 rewards, with a mix of easily claimable rewards and higher-value rewards that members can save their points towards.
